This is a new solution coming to our customers using Alteer Office 8.0 (integrated EHR/PM), NetPractice EHRweb 7.02, and HEHR 10.01).
eServices is a secure, web-based, hosted Practice-Patient Portal solution by CompuGroup Medical. Available to physician practices, CHCs and other providers, eServices facilitates the patient/provider connection by making it possible for patients to access a wide array of online services and information. This direct connection between patients and their healthcare providers enables practices to communicate quickly and effectively by meeting patients where they are: online.
By giving patients real-time, self-service access to their medical information, medical practices can boost efficiencies, reduce costs, better utilize staff and, of course, greatly improve their patient relationship through better communication. All of these advantages are available without special hardware requirements for any practice or any patients. CGM eServices Practice-Patient Portal is a hosted solution that practice/patients access via a standard web browser using a secure login. eServices will be available to CGM customers who use Alteer Office 8.0 (integrated EHR/PM), NetPracticeEHRweb 7.02 or HEHR 10.01.
